Cancellation Policy

At Gramin Ayurveda , we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Cancellation by Gramin Ayurveda  

In rare situations, Gramin Ayurveda  may cancel an order due to the following reasons:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Incorrect pricing or product information on the website

  • Payment issues or transaction failure

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled by us after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled:
